Some updates on eats and working out.

I used range of motion to test some presses and rows. All the following either failed or didn’t improve range of motion – 135# bent rows, 30# KB swing, 30# DB press. I ended up finding that 20 lb kettlebell BUPs were best along with working with the jump rope.

Jump rope: SU 100, 83, crosses 4, DU attempts 8, SU 111
RHS BUP 1010: 14, 14, 13, 8, 8, 8 then tested poor for continuing sets
LHS BUP 1010: 3, 3, 8, 7, 6, 3

Note – I alternated between exercises; i.e., jump rope single unders, RHS BUP, LHS BUP, jump rope criss crosses, RHS BUP, LHS BUP, etc.

Ate a decent salad. Then had some beans, & chiles & squash in Nan’s homemade red sauce. Polished it all off with some water, some dark choc. chips (straight out of the bag) and a lipitor.
